Step One

As financing rules are constantly changing, I recommend the first thing you do, is get a pre-qualification or pre-approval from a Mortgage Lender.  It could be the bank you currently work with or a trusted Mortgage Broker.  It is best to know what you can and want to afford before starting your search! 

You will have access to my network of lenders if you need a referral. Finding the right terms can help ensure we find the perfect property for you.

Step Two

Narrow down the "area/location", what you "need" and "want" and what you "don't want"!  Let's meet and discuss your list of criteria.  Once I have your budget, the area of interest and your wish list, I will be happy to help you on your search!

Working with me, you will have access to the best possible resources and communication systems available today to help you locate the homes on the market (and off, in some cases), that match your specifications.

Step Three

When you're ready to offer, I prepare and explain all of the related documents.  You will benefit from my experience in negotiations to ensure you get the best possible price.

After your offer is accepted and you are in “Contract” I will assist you to manage deadlines, paperwork, inspections and beyond.

The details are crucial at this time and having an experienced realtor at your side can relieve stress and avoid any unwanted surprises.
